Case Study: Japanese Restaurant – PSG22-2 Kitchen Emissions System
This Los Angeles county restaurant is situated literally next door to a neighborhood and was beginning to review complaints of odors and grease. Working with the restaurant team and the city officials, the SMOG-HOG PSG Series unit was fitted with dual-pass electrostatic cleaning cells for highly efficient air cleaning and then back up with an odor control module with potassium permanganate media trays to capture odors. The unit was able to be skid-mounted and mostly pre-wired and plumbed so that after roof mounting, final connections were quick and simple.
