Flammable Metal Working - Wet Collection Units

New regulations for the flammable metals processing industry often require the use of high efficiency wet collection units to ensure a safe work environment. This aerospace manufacturer required that their deburring operations be brought back in-house for higher quality control. Two booths were required for this operation with the need to return the air to the facility to save on air conditioning costs. Each booth was ducted to its own wet collector so that individual booth operation could be utilized as required. Employees now have a clean, safe work environment while satisfying all local codes and allowing for a greater on-site productivity.
