Machining - SMOG-HOG ESP Air Cleaner

Manufacturer of helicopters required new air cleaners for their machining operations using water based coolant. Additionally, they required that the air cleaner provide a clean appearance to match their brand new machine tools. Three individual SMOG-HOG units were provided with custom designed and powder painted ductwork and support stands. Employee satisfaction at this facility is very high.

SHN40-H Electro-Static Air Cleaner

Machining - SMOG-HOG ESP Air Cleaner

Manufacturer of precision medical equipment required a central air cleaning system that could service their screw machines and other machine tools. A new SMOG-HOG SHN40-H was provided and connected directly to each machine tool using our "no-drip" connections and oil resistant flexible hose. The unit was mounted on a support pedestal and then connected via a designed duct system to each machine. Two additional systems have recently been installed.
